Karla Gallegos, Licensed Esthetician Skincare Specialist Karla earned her esthetician license from Douglas J Aveda Institute and continues to further her education in the aesthetics world. Karla is a skin specialist, focusing on helping each one of her patients achieve glowing, beautiful radiant skin with customized facials, dermaplaning, Diamond Glow Facials, SkinPen Microneedling, VI Peels, and so much more. Her love for aesthetics and dedication to her work and patients is what keeps her education evolving in this ever-advancing career. She believes in educating as well as treating her patients with respect, love and care to provide an overall immersive experience at Aspen Aesthetics.

Samantha Kletter, RN, Cosmetic Nurse Injector Samantha is a registered nurse with 12+ years of nursing experience. Samantha is known for putting her patients at ease while addressing their concerns thoroughly. “I am excited to have expanded my career through my training with AAFE to now include aesthetics. I believe beauty comes from within and being able to enhance what’s on the outside can gives that extra boost of confidence. Whether the focus is corrective, preventive, or cosmetic my goal is to give you the results you are seeking within a comfortable setting you deserve”.

Zeinab Berro, RN BSN Cosmetic Nurse Injector Zeinab Berro (Z) earned a bachelors degree in Biology from Wayne State University before graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy accelerated nursing Program in 2020. She is an active travel nurse, her specialties are Emergency and Surgical ICU. She received her aesthetics education from Detroit Aesthetics Academy through Dr. Kyle Farr, DNP. She partakes in continuing education to ensure the safety and quality care of her patients/ clients. Z is a registered yoga teacher and a Reiki level I & II energy healer. She believes the essence of beauty is within the feeling. Her goal is to nurture inner beauty while preserving your outward appearance, she does this by cultivating a sense of security and stability that comes from within.

Madelaine Chappus FNP-C Advanced Aesthetic Treatments With over 13 years of nursing experience, I am a Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments, including toxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), mesotherapy. deoxycholic acid and sclero-therapies. Additionally, I’ve earned a diploma in non-surgical gynecology, am a Certified Laser Specialist, and work alongside those seeking weight loss management. My passion for learning allows me to employ comprehensive cutting-edge technologies to enhance health and appearance in a holistic approach. My commitment is to deliver a comfortable, fun, and safe environment, using best practices to ensure that clients can look and feel their best from the inside out with a full-service experience.

Ferial Samhori Licensed Esthetician and Skincare Specialist Licensed Esthetician brings over 12 years of experience in medical aesthetics to her clients. Ferial earned a double bachelor's degree in International Relations and Communication Studies from San Francisco State University, but it was her deep love for aesthetics that led her to pursue her true calling in skincare. After completing her esthetician license at Avalon School of Cosmetology, Ferial embarked on a career that blends science, artistry, and wellness. As a licensed esthetician in three states, Ferial has developed expertise in a wide range of advanced skin care treatments, specializing in acne management, anti-aging procedures, and overall skin rejuvenation. Her treatments include facials, chemical peels, microneedling + PRP, dermaplaning, laser treatments, waxing, and more. Ferial is also a certified yoga instructor, integrating her passion for inner wellness with her outer beauty practices. Courtney Smith FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner Courtney Smith, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for women’s health, metabolic wellness, and evidence-based weight management. Courtney earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University, where she completed her capstone project on hormone replacement therapy, specifically focusing on perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal care. This work deepened her commitment to helping women understand their hormones, their bodies, and their overall wellness during every stage of life. Courtney brings a holistic and educational approach to weight-loss consulting at Aspen. She specializes in medical weight loss, nutritional and dietary counseling, supplement guidance, and sustainable lifestyle planning. She is passionate about continued education and is committed to growing her expertise within the evolving aesthetics field as part of the Aspen Aesthetics team.
