Courtney Smith, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for women’s health, metabolic wellness, and evidence-based weight management. Courtney earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University, where she completed her capstone project on hormone replacement therapy, specifically focusing on perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal care. This work deepened her commitment to helping women understand their hormones, their bodies, and their overall wellness during every stage of life.
Courtney brings a holistic and educational approach to weight-loss consulting at Aspen. She specializes in medical weight loss, nutritional and dietary counseling, supplement guidance, and sustainable lifestyle planning. Her practice emphasizes body positivity, helping clients feel empowered, supported, and confident throughout their wellness journey.
